This little device is both a blessing and a curse! I bought it because I regularly have radiating pain that originates from my hip down through my leg. I once saw a chiropractor that explained nothing, but dug so far into my hip I thought he was a sadist! The more I screamed, the harder he pushed, and I honestly thought about writing a letter to complain how he had done such a thing! I grabbed his wrist to make him release the intense pressure he was putting on what I can only explain to be an apparent pressure point but he didn't relent. He ground his fingers even deeper into my tender flesh, even rotating slightly to make sure he hit every tender nerve in the area! And then, that muscle gave up the ghost and relaxed. I sighed in relief that the ordeal was over, but the sadist wasn't interested anymore. He stopped immediately and explained that he had to fully exhaust the muscle to get it to release. I felt better for DAYS after that, probably weeks, actually.
