If anything it means that not many people will falsely accuse legit players for cheating, and your time won't be wasted by reviewing them.**

The bad thing on that is that VAC net is filling OW with FREE spinbots and rage cheaters and you must realize that the complete majority of cheaters are called * legit cheaters* - hiding use of WH mostly...
OW is now just a tool to get rid of FREE players mostly rage cheating and spinbotting - that means there is literaly no space to get rid of legit cheaters...
Also where is the logic that PRIME judges are getting rid of free users
VAC and OW wont simply never do any harm to legit cheaters with paid cheats - the doors are wide open for them...

I get it, so tell me a guy sent me a steam account of some random dude in my friendlist who apparently got vac banned, I dont know when did i add him or how but does it have to do smth with me being placed against and with cheaters or is it just that global elite is just impossible to be played legit

They do, it's just that cheat devs are hell bent on bypassing the AC. No matter how good AC is, cheat devs will find a way to bypass it. It's a cursed cycle sadly.

I didnt try to attack anybuddy, If I were cheating, the way i see it, i wouldnt complain about cheaters because I am the one cheating as well witch means I can outcheat them or whatever, its just that every reply on my discussion is an accuse on me being a cheater just because I delete my +reps and keep my -reps as a joke

No1 could know that except yourself...from "outsider" perspective, we see a guy complaining about cheaters, while most of his comments are -reps and calling that person a cheater. So instead of attacking people, look from their perspective :D
