I am enjoying this game immensely. Usually, games like this barely reach the 5 hour mark with me, but this one? It's a slow grind that refuses to hold my hand. Not many people would enjoy this type, but it is for me.

Can't wait to see what else is in store.

I love this game, but remembering that I can roll to avoid damages, or get behind mobs, is challenging because I've been playing games that don't have this mechanic. It's probably why I keep dying so much, to be honest. XD

It sets your game to medium, btw.

5.5 hours to get all achievements. Not too bad for a time waster where you can't move a character around the screen. Tis a unique way of playing a roguelike game.

My only gripe is with the warrior classes. They flash the screen way too much, despite turning off that option.

Cursorblade reminds me of the old Wack-A-Mole games, but with extra steps involved. I played the crap out of the demo before the game was released, and loved it so much, I needed to buy the full game.

It's a great game for folks like me with arthritis, because I don't have to control the character with two hands. I can just lean back and shake my hand over the screen and watch everything pop. Do wish there was a controller option so I can lean back further, but that's my preference.

Only downside is that if you're not careful, the game with flash and blind you for a few seconds from the brightness.

A place of joy, happiness, and turns you gay/trans/furry/weeb! Where the game was rigged against you, and now it wants to make sure you never play it again!

The devs have made the executive decision to nuke a vast majority of their players off the servers with the implementation of Easy Anti-Cheat! What this means:

Linux will be gone, because EAC hates it

Anyone who gets caught with a mod, hack, or "cheat" will be permanently banned from the servers without a way to get back on with that account (unless you jump through hoops with specific clients).

Rippers, Crashers, and anyone with a malicious client will have free reign to torment VRC, because EAC will block those with preventative measures from uploading their programs safely.

Those who want QoL mods will have to go elsewhere.

The disabled community is going to have a rotten time communicating.

The avatar/world/asset creators are going to have to jump through more hoops to not get their content banned. They will also lose a good CHUNK of their livelihoods because that revenue will be gone.


These are a few of what's gonna happen, and once EAC goes live, there's going to be an exodus of players migrating to Chillout VR and Neos. Because, let's face it, when have the VRC Devs listened to people that aren't holding their purse strings shut?

So get off your butts and MAKE them listen! Get off VRC a stop your subscription!

This is a wonderful walking simulator where you get to tell the game "I'm still alive," and the game shouting "BET!" Though, if you survive long enough, the game throws a hissy fit and sends its delete key at you.

For a game that touts about making decisions, it seems to railroad you quite often. For example, you'll have to go find a guy named Banner because the government wants him. He's rescued, then his wife is kidnapped, and your character promises to go rescue her. Whereas the ship's AI states that it's better to sacrifice one to save many. This is sound logic, but what does the game do? Sends you to the next coordinates to go rescue her.

Would have loved to have seen more interactions and have the decision to just say NO to the guy's face, then drop him off at the Republic's HQ. "But how would the other systems open up, if you don't mount a rescue?!" Simple. Open up the system as a whole, and let folks figure it out.

I can see how the beginning you'd need some railroading to point people in the right direction, but the game is about making decisions. And I want to be an evil bastard.
