It's a slog.
Grinding feels pointless, there is no feel of progression, the combat has no depts, potions are downright useless, inventory management is nonexistent, there is zero player economy or agency as everything just scales with you.
An idle game as a more rewarding loop than this. Its pretty much a glorified chatroom, exept Old School Runescape exist and does the same thing this game does much better and you should just play that one instead of this

Great demo that you can play in multiplayer with your friends and without any major issues

The game has become subsequentially more and more obnoxius to mod due to Bethesda being incompetnt hacks, the only you way you can mod this piece of fecal matter is to have enough chromosome in your body that your retardness beats Todd's retarness and by some miracle overwrite his creation club crap.

Bought this back a year or so ago when it was still in active development and wished i could put a mixed review to it. Conceptually this could have been a great game, the mechanics are fun but the dev decides that they made their bag and dipped,despite the game being still plagued by unoptimization. Consider getting this under heavy sales,at base price you are getting ripped off

Big step up from Marathon 1 in terms of not being as confusing, but its idea of making a level challenging seems to boil to "How do we encourage players to use the Zeus pistol? I know, lets spam cyborgs on each level!" which makes it less fun in some bits compared to its predecessor.
