The only achievement in gmod that I consider to be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is "Yes, I am the real Garry". All the other ones are reasonable. I take great pride in how I got the thumbs-up achievements and I feel like getting it this way is cheating. I do like that you're achievement hunting though. Good luck on your adventures!

hi, a few months ago i made c_hands assets to your quake 4 sweps but they're a bit imperfect. i couldnt get the ammo displays to work properly. if see this i wouldn't mind if you merged the assets into your addon officially if you feel like doing so

Hi I added you because I'm making a show in garry's mod if you wanna help at all. I like to play garry's mod a lot if you wanna be friends I've been playing since 2010

I haven't used the mod in a long time, so I'm going off memory here. As far as I remember, I changed it for two reasons:
1. The range made any sort of usage of it quite impractical if you were moving faster than walking. That's probably the realistic choice, but it just didn't fit the more frantic playstyle that often ensued when my friends and I would PVP, since players often move far faster and more unpredictably than NPCs.
2. I often used parkour mods with the stealth mod as it is quite fun, but sprinting up to an enemy (NPCs or players) would often cause an auto-vault since I was close enough to the collision box and it threw off my aim.

Maybe have two versions of the weapon, one with a short, more realistic range, and one with a longer, more quick combat suited range. Or maybe have an extended range when sprinting as a compromise between the two, if that's possible.
If these cases are non-issues for most people using the mod, I wouldn't worry about it.

1.5x or 2x? That would make the range 60 to 80 units. The player's arm is ~30 units long. I made the range 42. You think that's abysmally short?

the range could be changed to about 1.5x or 2x for the cqc weapon on the weapons of mgs mod

The game does freeze for a split second for me when I go out of bounds with noclip, but it never crashed. I don't know what's going on with your game.

Hey man, what's with your map, your Arctic map for garry's mod crashes when I walk on it and when I turn on noclip. Explain what's wrong! I have a pretty powerful gaming PC.

Sorry, I don't feel comfortable handing over the VMF files. I do actually plan to expand the map to include the areas of mgs4, there is wiggle room in the map limits for that, but I'd need some good reference to build off of.

hey about your mgs1 shadow moses island map, would you mind if i started working on mgs4 version of the map and a version with both features in one, kind of like mgs4 version but without broken/left open doors and snow everywhere, if you don't mind i'd like to get my hands on the original vmf file just in case bspsrc gives inaccurate results

An update is in the works, so at least consider waiting until then before you start.
If you want the map for yourself only, feel free to make your changes, but if you want it on the Workshop, it may be better for me to add them to the official thing.
