Don't let the early access tag fool you, it is more completed than some full games (No Mans Sky/Dead by Daylight). Even has workshop support with some pretty cool mods on it.

Very harsh top-down survival base building game definitely deserving the overwhelmingly positive reviews already.

10/10 would recommend for anyone even slightly interested in playing.
