This game is "fun" only in the sense that you're playing Magic the Gathering. In every other way, Arena is a pile of flaming ♥♥♥♥ that's tolerable at best and downright unplayable at worst, and is a perfect testament to the greed of the repulsive ghouls at Wizards of the Coast. This game has one of the most abusive PTW systems I've ever come across. Mythic rarity cards which are so often part of the meta-game (or any card really) can now be unlocked by simply putting in the 3 numbers on the back of your moms credit card, leaving free-to-play or casual players locked in an endless slog of grinding for scraps.
Making your own decks with the cards you have is barely an option, since the obese grease stains who play this game religiously are willing to shell out their entire net worth to make the exact same meta deck that everyone else is using. You can genuinely go into the ranked queue and play for 12 hours and only see the same 3-4 decks with no variation whatsoever.
Even historic brawl, which is based on commander, a casual format that's supposed to be fun and take the sweat out of magic, is infested with netdeckers who don't have an ounce of imagination or independent thought and probably require their mothers to change their soiled underwear for them.

You'll get less buyers remorse from purchasing a Brazzers subscription than you will for buying this loading screen simulator.

Its genuinely baffling how a company known for making open world RPGs can mess up the concept of an open world this badly. The "exploration" consists of opening 3 different menus so you can fast travel to a planet, then sit through another loading screen as your ship lands on one of two (three if you're lucky) copy and paste points of interest on the entire planet. Once you land at one of the bases you've already seen a carbon copy of on 20 other planets, you can clear out the enemies (who have no variety whatsoever, just guys in spacesuits with slight weapon and armor variations), then leave because there's literally nothing else to do. Of course you're also free to explore the rest of the planet, that is if you enjoy walking on empty terrain. The story and side quests are hopelessly bland, the dialogue seems like it was written by ChatGPT's disabled cousin, and the various factions you can join are extremely generic and don't interact with each other in any meaningful way.

I'm writing this review after playing through this game twice on Xbox. This is my third playthrough and I cannot recommend this game enough. The year is 1899, and the Wild West is dying. You'll follow the journey of gruff but lovable outlaw Arthur Morgan and the Van der Linde gang as they travel across America, fleeing bounty hunters and federal agents. Not only do you follow their trek across the nation, but you'll experience the internal struggles of Arthur as he begins to question the life he's always known, and he must choose between his allegiance to the gang and his internal morals. You'll come to love each and every character, as if they were an old friend you've known forever. The story, perfectly paced, will grip you and take you for an emotional rollercoaster. The graphics, more beautiful than even the real world at times, will have you stopping at every corner to admire the scenery. The sheer amount of detail and mundane yet engaging activities to partake in, from cleaning and taking care of your horse to playing a hand of Poker at the Valentine Saloon, will keep you engaged for hundreds of hours. The massive open world is packed with things to discover and people to meet. But the true beauty of this game lies in the story. It takes a group of terrible people- outlaws who kill and rob for a living- and makes them feel like good people. If you only play one game in your life, let it be this one. 10/10

Starbound has a lot of potential, but it ultimately falls short. Its like this game tried to be a fusion between No Man's Sky and Terraria. The story fails to be engaging, to the point where you'll find yourself avoiding progressing in the story. The procedurally generated planets feel empty, and since there's only a finite amount of templates for the game to generate planets from, it gets repetitive quickly. The thousands of items don't feel unique or different from one another in any form-it feels like they give you the same item 1000 different ways. The bottom line is, starbound is a mile wide and an inch deep. It offers too much at once, and its impressive at first. But you'll quickly realize this game lacks depth. 4/10

Great story, amazing combat, and overall a very fun experience. The perfect mix of horror, shooter, and survival. Although it is important to mention this game is very different from most other RE games. It is more action oriented compared to the emphasis on horror in Biohazard. They've also toned down the horror, so its not as scary as Biohazard except for one part (House Beneviento) If you were a fan of RE4, this game is for you. My only complaint is the story was very short, I was able to finish the game in about 9 hours on standard difficulty.

This is the best game that has ever been made! 4007 items, over 500 enemies, 29 bosses, over 25 biomes, and much, much more. This game will keep you hooked for so long! Also, the big updates add hundreds of items!
