Minecraft but Mature

In all seriousness though, where to start. After nearly 2.5k hours as of writing this review, I finally decided to sit down and write about my one of my favorite games and quite possibly favorite survival game of all time. The basic gist of this game if that you have 7(or whatever you set) days to collect resources and build a base to defend from a zombie horde, which sounds simple but gets oh so much more fun and indepth. From stronger zombies, to larger hordes, better weapons, automated turrets, and need for a larger base will always keep you looking after the base. But don't fear, this isn't a collect and upgrade simulator, you will have plenty of time to spice up your base, roam the lands slaughtering the undead, or just growing your own drug empire in the basement with a chemistry station.

The Pros:

-Massive crafting, building, and upgrading system; enough to keep builders and hoarders busy for years
-Large amount of settings to customize each world to your liking
-Major updates every year
-Large amounts of unique zombie models
-Many high population servers to play with others
-Modding capabilities
-Peer to peer hosting
-Large amount of skills to customize your own play style
-Large amount of different weapons
-Very in-depth crafting system to keep you engaged

The Cons:

-Major updates take a year
-The game is taxing on your pc, might be hard to run it at highest graphic possibilities, since the world generation will tax your ram
-Can be hard to get into solo, definitely better with friends

My Recommendation:

Get this game, it is worth full price and if you can convince a friend to pick it up as well even better, this game gets exponentially better when you can bring someone else into the wastelands alongside yourself.
