Needs a Freakin Deluxe Edition upgrade to get my hands on the official plugins, but other than that,

THIS GAME HAS THE BEST STORY
THE BEST THIEVING
and the graphics don't really take away from the experience at all.

It's pretty good.
It has simple mechanics, and while it plays out like a slow bullet hell stage, that quickly gets removed in about 5 or 10 minutes of gameplay.
the plot of this game feels like double dragon, but in the last stage, it quickly becomes freaking metal gear rising.

It's confusing at first, but as you collect more endings, you get a hint at the true ending. play through all of the original, then get the dlc once you've completed it for the best experience

shame there are no freerunning playground like levels but some mods are really good
