Note to true new and low ELO players:
I really feel sorry for you, low ELO is truly hell. Find 4 mates that are of good company while playing soloQ, and only play with them afterwards: you might win a little bit more often, and you'll at least have fun. Sometimes.
Try to give Faceit a go ! But be prepared to put in the hours and train for weeks and years, this game is for try harders, and some folks are ridiculously good at it! But it's also the best game I know, somewhere near Chess.
