Well... It was long and fun 60+ hours, but after two month from release i cannot recomend this game, and heres why:
1. Microtransactions and eggs. Some skins are available from shop for cookies, some for bucks. And some of them cost a-lot. One skin can cost more then game itself. One skin. ONE SKIN. And some skin, if im not mistaken, only available from eggs - lootboxes.I opened like more then 40 ( no money spend, only from in-game awards + buying some, for the bucks i got as reward ), and got a lot of duplicates ( like 3 or 4 from every 10 ) and 0 legendary skins.
2. Region locked skins. The game have a lack of skins i think. Some characters only have a few. And some skins you can get from out-game reward, like twitch drops, discord nitro etc. And at least once, there was a variant of skin ( color ) only available through chinese site, maybe it was some kind of local twitch alternative, idk. I think thats a bad practice...
3. Content update frequency. Recently, finally, devs give us some kind of roadmap. And said they plan to make a big updates - I didnt not understood what it will be, i mean a lot of content, like skins, maps, weapons etc, or just one thing from each category, like only one map, character, one collab skin, one weapon etc. If second variant - that would be bad. Cause frequency they promise is three month. From release we have a new map, for halloween, one new item and i think that it. For 2 month. And in-game shops, that updating big skins every week are in constant loop for now. Currently collab is Ori skins, and i think i saw it in shops like for 5 times already. Too repeative.
4. Map perfomance optimization. Some map are ok about that, no problems at all. But on some there a little bit of problem. And one is a big problem - Gator Valley. My GPU is going crazy here, very hot and loud like im playing CP2077 on Ultra, especially in sequences with waves coming.
5. Hit boxes and registration. From beginning i didnt have problem with that. But after recent updates, it feels like they broke something. Example: I was 1v1, opponent was with nunchucks. I waited for right moment and made jump kick with full stamina on him. And he fell on floor. But he didn't got knocked out. And he hit me with his nunchucks, and im died. And i saw moment like this as spectator quite a lot recently. Didnt happened before.
6? Battlepass. Game have battlepass. With 100 levels, skins, egg coins, bucks etc. And good question. What will be next? With next season. New battlepass would be free? Or, counting that fact that this game have in-game purchases, you would need to buy it? Some more content would be behind the paid-wall, in a premium game.

That leads me to a point, when after 60 hours, for 2 months, with small content updates, this game became boring. Same maps, no new skins, characters. And even fight system feels kinda broken now. I was hoping for this game to be better than that. Sad, cause i had some fun time with this game, but it looks like it's over.
