The campaign is surprisingly short. I usually say a game can only be worth its price if the hours you can enjoyably spend in it is equal to the money you spend 1:1. I was expecting at least 50 hours of main story high octane game play but only got around 15, if that. I wasn't trying to speed run the story, I was taking it at quite a slow pace, including doing some side missions.

The majority of the game is supper padded out with scanner three types of content other than the main story line:

- Side missions (most are actually pretty enjoyable, especially the highlighted ones, can also affect the main story in some cases)

- Gigs (A nice way to make some extra dosh and increase your level)

- NCPD scanner hustles (a complete waste of time. They give you attribute points and the such pretty quickly but are completely devoid of character)

The game is fun as a whole but not nearly as difficult as I would hope. The AI are stiff and don't change with difficulty at all. The only thing difficulty does is make the AI able to one shot you, if you aren't stupid and put perks in the right places you should be able to kill almost all enemies very quickly, with armour not doing anything seeing as 90% of enemies can one shot you anyway. The perk system in itself is pretty great though.

Bosses (including the final one) are EXTREMELY easy, despite the difficulty. Cyber Pshyco's can be killed in one shot with a sniper 99% of the time. There were only two engaging and extremely enjoyable bosses in the game and both were Cyber Pshyco's as they had what seems to be exceedingly rare in this game, unique mechanics... The final boss was just a bit of a let down.

The soundtrack is great but isn't utilised fully. At the end of the main story line it is used very well and adds to the atmosphere nicely. No other comments other than it's neat.

Sound design isn't noticeable, which means it's great just how it is.

Graphics are beautiful, some objects look like they're either missing LOD's and are stuck on the lowest settings but main characters look fantastic and are animated really well (apart from jumping from animation to animation occasionally).

Level design was great, sure there are some floating objects but making a map so detailed will do that, small issues that will be fixed soon.

Weapons were fun to use however due to how the perk system works you'd be stuck really using one type of weaponry. Most likely you'd either be stuck using melee weapons or assault rifles, smg's and sniper rifles. Unless you go for a stealth build, then you don't get any of the op bonuses from going into weapon specific skill trees. The skill tree itself is however utilised to a fantastic degree, seeing as purchasing and equiping certain Cyberware requires you to even out your skills as well as loot rooms and ease of access objectives being unlocked with a certain amount of points spec'd into certain skills.

Overall: Pretty neat game, would recommend buying unless you're tight on money and on the edge seeing as updates WILL role out within the next 6 months very quickly to add new content and fix various issues people are complaining about, A LOT of people have jumped on the hate band wagon, seeing someone mention a negative point and taking that as their own opinion because they're morons who have no spine. Some people however have developed their own opinion independent of others and I completely respect that.

People don't seem to notice everything that's done well in the game including all the small nuances someone probably spent months working on and instead focus on "reee, this stop sign is floating, trash game!!". The real problems this game has is with its balance, enemies need to be made tankier and to do less damage and street cred should be gained a lot slower for example. I think the main issue however is the amount of time making side hustles rather than main story line content. There should've been SO MANY MORE encounters in the campaign, stuff sometimes seen in the side missions (such as Johny's side mission chain - should've just been in the main campaign).
