PROS:
Braindead gun go brrr fun.

CONS:
Few options while creating character customisation.

Attempting to harvest iron can be difficult at times. The harvest location is out of bounds in certain angels, which makes your character walk left-right for seconds before being able to start the animation to harvest.

Enemy gunshots can't be heard, bullet lines and muzzle flashes aren't visible, unless you turn Vsync and FPS cap OFF.

Cinematics are very poor quality, lip-sync isn't synced to dialogue and movement is awkward, NPCs are either phasing through objects or can't reach objects. (Example, Jakub's feet doesn't reach the object he's resting his feet against in one or more scenes). Really breaks your immersion when the audio is 5 seconds ahead of the cinematic.

Voice acting is decent but certain dialogue is pure cringe and very repetetive while exploring/ questing. (Well, this should be interesting).

Few enemy variations, you're faced against hoards of the same models time and time again.

Boss fights are the simplest and most boring fights I've played in a game in a long while.

No real open world, you explore areas and unlock them for fast travel. Certain quests take you back to the same areas you've already explored.

I'd only recommend buying this game while it's on a huge sale AND if you're looking for repetitive spray and pray action.

The story isn't the greatest and the main villain's voice becomes unbearable after 10 seconds. The game is poorly optimized as stated by other reviews. The gameplay itself is very enjoyable and honestly that's good enough for me. If you're interested in buying this game, wait for it to go on sale. I got it on sale for 20€ and as of writing this I'd say the money's been worth it.

To fix the fps lag / issues I encountered, I changed to Dirext 12 from 11 and turned off Screen Space Reflections as well as Volumetric Fog then changed Texture Streaming to low.

2nd boss' boobs jiggled whenever I shot her, 10/10

Got the game while it was free on Epic Games, it was so good I had to buy it on Steam.

No fast travel makes 100%'ing the game a pain in the ass.

Whoever designed the controls of the mouse for this game, f*ck you.

Shadow of Mordor is one of my all time favourite games. It's basically LOTR with the Arkham combat system but with swords and daggers, oh and blood. The story is pretty good and gets you hooked quite early on.

I'd recommend getting it on a sale.

This game is worth to buy on sale purely for the story itself. The gameplay is nothing to brag about but it's enjoyable.

EDIT: Whoever designed the mouse sensitivity for this game, **** you.

If you love the hack and slash genre but haven't played any of the Darksiders games, you're doing it wrong.
