原料:

500 克 酸菜
500 克 新鮮捲心菜
250 克 卡巴諾香腸
250 克鄉村香腸(例如生香腸)
2個洋蔥
2 根胡蘿蔔
2 顆杜松子
2 片月桂葉
5粒五香粉
1茶匙胡椒
1 茶匙馬鬱蘭
1茶匙鹽
2湯匙豬油
2湯匙番茄醬
1/2 杯紅酒
1/2 杯水
指示:

準備捲心菜:將酸菜切成小塊,徹底沖洗以除去多餘的鹽。將新鮮捲心菜切碎。

在大鍋或平底鍋中加熱豬油,然後加入切碎的洋蔥,煎至金黃色。

加入切碎的卡巴諾香腸和鄉村香腸。煎幾分鐘,直到肉變成淺棕色。

加入胡蘿蔔片、五香粉、杜松子、月桂葉和香料:胡椒、馬鬱蘭和鹽。把所有東西一起炒幾分鐘。

然後加入切碎的酸菜和新鮮的捲心菜。將所有東西混合在一起幾分鐘。

倒入紅酒,煮約5分鐘,讓酒精蒸發。

加入番茄醬,攪拌直至整個比戈變成紅色。

倒入水,小火煮約2-3小時。煮的過程中,時不時地攪拌一下,檢查一下bigos是否沒有燒到鍋底。如果bigos太稠,可以再加一點水。

當捲心菜變軟、味道濃郁且平衡時,Bigos 就準備好了。您可以趁熱與土豆、醃李子或蘑菇一起食用。
