Amazing game, 10/10 for me.

PROS:
-great narrative in terms of both story missions and side quests
-immersive world with lots of lore to dive into
-amazing graphics for its time, and looks better than some recent titles with mods
-mentioning mods: plethora of mods to choose from to enhance and alter your game
-high replayability
-GODLIKE DLCs
-likable characters
-large, beautiful, and eventful world map

CONS:
-Roach may piss you off
-combat system can get repetitive, but mods can greatly alter that
-lighting ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ candles while looting
-shopkeepers are always poor and overcharge but again, mods
