It's one of these games where you just want to skip all the side quests because the main story is so good! :D Can't wait for a sequel!

Buy the new game instead

The purpose of this game is to be simple, so therefor I am gonna have that in mind when writing this review.

The good things about the game:

The Graphics are unique and actually very good. Many weapons and vehicles to choose from already, and this game could have a lot of potential in the future. There are quite a few gamemodes already, and Royale is my favorite since it reminds me of a Battle Royale game.

Another positive thing is an active developer that listens to feedback, so you can always feel free to share your honest opinions about improvements or just how the game can be developed further.

All weapons in the game got their own special feel to it, which makes the enjoyable to play with. There is room for improvement however, but it is a great start.

The bad things about the game:

The Zombie AI in the game can be improved since some zombies spawn far away from the player, and it tends to take a lot of time for them to reach the player(s). The zombies are also quite few, which makes the game a bit too easy and not very challenging.

Some weapons have a bullet drop curve which makes the weapons be a bit tricky to shoot with, and there are damage hitmarks which can cover the enemy entierly.

Few players makes it hard to try out gamemodes and enjoy the game, because you have nobody to play with unless you have a friend online that plays the game with you. This is a thing that might change when more players get the game.

Summary:

The reason I recommend this right now, is because of the potential. All downsides that comes with the game in this first Beta Release can be fixed, but I do think we need a larger playerbase first.

Really good

This is a huge improvement comparing to the original game. I can finally play the game above 60 fps without the game glitching out and physics going crazy, and I can enjoy the remastered graphics at a higher framerate.

The game feels overall much more stable, mostly because of what I mentioned above.

I also like that you now can play with mods directly from the menu.

10/10 Would buy again. Cyan did it again! If you like myst you will love this.

If you like JC2, this game is really for you.
Almost everything that you could do in JC2, you can do in this. And the physics are improved alot.

Really fun open world game with a huge map.
The downside are that it feels empty and boring after a while.

Things you'll learn after 2900 hours:

* Rush B was never a good tactic (Until you've mastered it)
* You'll make new friends
* Enemies exist in your own team too
* New Weapons OP?? (R8 Mini-awp, Negev Laser Beam)
* Money spent opening cases instead of just buying the skin you want...
* Bots are stupid and have a 50% chance of being rebellious
* Operations get more and more fun every year (Except Shattered Web)
* Prime matchmaking only seperated cheap cheaters from full-time cheaters (VAC PLS??)
* Overwatch + VAC + Prime + Trust Factor? = Still cheaters??

I've only uninstalled csgo 4 times, and I'm somehow still playing it.
