You know, I have no clue what these people are talking about. I'm running this on an i7 4790k, an MSI R9 390, and 16 GB RAM. I maxed out the FPS and maxed al the settings, and I get a steady 60 frames, except when I have the cutscene of getting in my ship, that gets to be 30.
This game (to me) is everything it was hyped up to be. It's an awesomely mindblowing space exploration simulator, complete with missions, lore, and beautiful scenery. No one will be hearing from me anytime soon because I will be crunched up in my basement playing this 24/7. 10/10.
