Yelonek enjoys working without supervision and usually continues to carry out duties effectively. Still needs to learn when it is appropriate to call for a supervisor’s advice or authority to act. Late on fewer than 3 occasions in 6 months. Yelonek responds well when put under pressure – and accepts that pressure is a regular part of the job. Yelonek is capable of planning and sequencing own work, but does not yet do so consistently. When work is planned, usually works systematically towards objectives.
