Yet another example of an indie studio making a better sport game than a AAA studio. This one is in early access and yet it's legit the best hockey game I played in a good while and somehow it's free.

Overall the game plays great and is already super fun, but I especially love being able to customize the stats of my characters and not only the visual.

I really hope it picks up. It got really good potential!

I'm reviewing this based on the demo I played, I'm going to update this review after playing the full game.

I'm really loving this game so far. This sure is very niche, but if you're into old school arcade games I highly recommend it. The gameplay feels like an authentic 80s arcade game, but with a ton of quality of life upgrades you'd find in more recent games. The game is super fun, the controls are great, the music is insane good and there are many in-game achievements that keep you wanting to play more. It's also speedrun friendly which is a big plus for me.
