This is an adventure game. it has very pretty animated graphics, and a very cutesy aesthetic. And it is all destroyed by the fact the game has a harsh time limit. Putting a time limit in an adventure game is like changing the controller buttons on a platformer. These game development rules were established for a reason. This ruins the experience. turning the pleasant adventure into a stressful race against the clock.

So don't buy this game.

I thought this would be a good card game. Instead it is trash. The opponent keeps introducing new rules so that he will beat you no matter how skilled you are. You will eventually know these rules later. The trick is you have to quit the game and try again just before you lose. so you know how to beat the opponent at his own twisted game.

You shouldn't have to do that in a video game. so screw this game.

This is a new game, not just Riven with a fresh coat of paint. The puzzles are different, with old ones now offering interesting new solutions. Entire areas have been moved and redesigned with completely new architecture. It's more complicated and complex than before, featuring entirely new mechanics and mind-blowing areas never seen before.

This is a remake of the 1997 PC game, Riven, now made in the Unreal engine. The characters are now 3D modeled instead of live-action cutscenes. While the performances are a little flatter than the original, the overall experience is incredibly immersive. It is very much in spirit the old Riven we were all captivated by.

It took me three years of playing off and on without a walkthrough to finally beat it, and I can proudly say I did it without any help. Now, I'm ready to tackle it again. Get this game only if you enjoy exploring and solving puzzles. There are no monsters to slay—just you, a dark room, and a notepad. Prepare yourself, For this game is much deeper than it appears,

To the developers: Thank you so much for all your hard work. This game is my favorite puzzle game ever made, and you all did it justice.

This is a true game engine. This isn't like RPGmaker or soemthing like that. It's not as advanced as Unity, or Unreal. but that only means it doesn't have all the bells and whistles built in that those do. You can make a game with this. preferably a 2D game. You can make a metroidvania with this thing. A roguelite. even an open world action RPG if you wanted to. Or you can even make a simple puzzle game, or even a platformer. But whatever you choose to make...as with any game engine, from the state of the art, super complex ones like unreal, to the ones that are practically a video game with creation elements like RPGmaker, The undeniable, inescapable fact is whatever you make is only as good as what you put into it. You will pull your hair out. You will hit walls. you will cuss and throw your chair at a wall in frustration. but no amount of complaining is gonna get your project done. So pull up your big boy pants! get yourself a cup of coffee, and make your game! It ain't gonna make itself after all. You can do it! And this engine is a damn good place to start.

Early Access Review
It's a surreal adventure game with a fighting system, and world kinda like Undertale. But with much better graphics and music. From what i can tell of what i have played so far it is a Highly pretentious psychological mystery thriller for children. It comes off as deeper than it really is. But it's fun, and insanely well written.

It doesn't value a player's time, and has a ton of length padding in the form of fetch quests, and unlocking areas by going and talking to different characters. and a player character that is as slow as molasses. It is completely linear, and once you have beaten it one time, it is likely there will be no replay value. But for the price, and the Developers making it, it is definitely worth your money. I got this game because Thor is awesome, and deserves my money. He's like the Bob Ross of Game Devs. This game is not finished as of this review. and I had fun while playing it. and at the end of the day, having fun is what matters.

This is almost a perfect game. People who don't enjoy this game have been lobotomized or something. It has great writing, Excellent visuals that still look good many years later. Top-tier voice acting. charming music. excellent gameplay, perfect controls. And one of the most catchy tunes you'll be humming in your head for years. The only thing that would make it truly perfect is if it had a sequel.

A game made to showcase the graphic, and technological wizardry of the PS5.

Can also be played on PC.

It's a fun game. Get it.

This game has some very pretty graphics. and a tear-jerker Oscar bait worthy story about some selfish owl who decides to make everyone elses lives miserable. Especially Ori, and the unfortunate person who pays to play this garbage game.

This game is one of the most frustrating, needlessly cruel metroidvanias I have ever had the displeasure of playing. You will die more than you will in Dark souls. and you will get lost in a gigantic maze while you die needlessly.

This game is a perfect example of "Pretty graphics does not a good game make"

Having the ability to build robots is always fun, but the final battle in this story is such nonsense. waves, upon waves upon waves of robots.

One of the worst FPS games I have ever played. My first experience with this game and All I can say is that it definitely doesn't live up to the hype. I start the game. Spend the next 10 minutes or something riding a Monorail. can't skip this section. then i have to wait for all these slow scientists to get the game actually going. Finally after about 20 or 30 minutes, the game finally gives me a weapon. Its a crowbar. You get hurt by any enemy you use it on. then you get a pistol with 15 bullets. and you'll use those up on 2 to 3 enemies, and you'll be fighting through a bunch of enemies before you see more ammo.

This game sucks. It's not fun, and it hurts to play it. Anyone who thinks this is a fun game has to have been lobotomized or something.
