Really good software, I like making my own wallpapers this just makes it a massive amount cooler and easier - plus great workshop content, although there's a mass amount of anime girls probably from some thirsty ass boys lmao

It seems like a ok/good game but the VR performance still needs work. This is the only game i struggle to run and I'm playing it on lowest settings with nothing running in the background... It looks real ugly on low settings, and for having it that ugly im still getting fps drops/choppiness?

Edit: No widescreen support, no hex code to edit. Really bad in 2020 a game like this doesn't support ultra wide properly.


After loving mafia 2 I got this game on the day of release, It's a great game and a great story but I just wished they added more - It's fairly short and although they said they were adding more they barely added anything, still one of if not the best remasters/remakes I've played.

I don't play this game anymore, but jesus did I love this game - the mass amounts of different gamemodes make it insanely replayable compared to literally any other game

Great game, the looks and the way it plays are absolutely amazing. Then the story is really good. Plus you have complete freedom to do whatever you want... Want to kill that main character who has a lot to do with the story just cause you wanna be an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥? Just shoot them and move on... All I hope for is story DLC!

It's good... But it's not how they advertised, things like backstories effects are so much weaker then they made out, the story and side quests are good but very short, so short I finished the game plus all but 2 side quests in 36 hours (including time I left the game open while I did stuff) compare this to the witcher 3 and it's like half the main quest with the side quests included... Seems odd a game worked on this long is buggy, short and unfinished but hey ho guess all the money went to the acting.

As I said it's a good game, but it's not exactly how they made it out it was going to be, and it definitely isn't anything amazing like people thought it was going to be, If you like good stories and good open worlds then I would recommend, but don't expect what the devs made it out to be, it's no ubisoft game (thank god) but it's no Red Dead 2 either... or even the witcher lol (Story wise I like it more then the witcher, but mechanics, length, features, AI etc. Witcher is much better)

It's a great game & I never had a bug or crash on launch but after the update I've had a quite a few bugs tbh but it's still playable, fun and great looking game

Mafia 2 is the best story game I've ever played, definitive edition is a let down. I'd barely call it a remaster, and sadly it means people cant buy in at the once low price to this amazing game, the reason I recommend it? Simply because of what mafia 2 once was, because people can't see the old store page which had such good reviews and I feel bad that such an amazing game is being let down by what seems to be a money grab...

Then again I got it for free as I already owned mafia 2

I originally posted a bad review of this game due to the lack of content, after the developer messaging me and telling me he will be releasing more in the future, I removed my review. However we're now about a year down the line with literally no new singleplayer missions.... the only update I can see that has been made is a very basic customisation of your character - completely pointless in a first person shooter.

I'm disappointed because the few missions it does have are fun, but once you complete that in a couple hours - there is literally nothing to do. Granted there is co op but without anyone else with the game, playing with randoms on this game is not a fun experience.

My main issue is that for the price of this game, you could buy a different, maybe two games with a ton more content and hours to play. I have played the whole campaign twice and I literally only have 4 hours in the game... (That's 2x Campaign, all the time in the base area & a few co op games) only 4 hours....

It's ridiculous I even fell for the developers messages to remove my review in the first place, and hey it may even break TOS. I just hope he actually adds some missions in the future, and that you don't waste your money on this EXPERIENCE. As I wouldn't exactly call it a game.
