Steam says I have 897.1 hours on record, but I have played this game for 10 years, going on 11. Please don't make the mistakes I did and spent copious amounts of money for some pixel planes. I spent money on the game thinking that it would be the last, that I'd finally make a profit in this game and feel comfortable. Let's be real, the reason why anyone buys premium isn't mainly the research aspect of this game, that's easy. Actually being able to afford the vehicles in game that you grind for is not the easy part, and the game is designed to lock you in by limiting rewards based on performance. No matter how well you do, the rewards modifier gets soft capped after a certain amount of kills. Not to mention the horrible addition of removing passive income by just participating in the battles you're in, that has been removed which further locks the player in. Buying premium barely yields profit nowadays. In 2013, profits back then on F2P were roughly equivalent to the modern day premium + boosters. You could make upwards of 100K+ on 5 kills. With premium now, that's standard, and not what the F2P players sees in return. I wish we could go back to being happy instead of being sad...
