It's a mighty fine, relaxing, casual journey to helping those move on to the end. Played it sometime ago on Xbox Pass, but got it as a gift this past christmas, and it's been fun, onion cutting adventure. Still not done, but I plan on trying out the local coop soon.

It's addictive. It's fun. It's a damn fine time burner on the Steam Deck. It's even on the Apple App store which means I got a coworker addicted to it.

Seriously. I love it. It's great. Give it a try. Hell, even try it on your phone.

Early Access Review
It's. Not bad. Seriously, for me, tbh, it's a actual blast. Sure it takes awhile before you are actually damaging the enemy, but you get there in what's provided now as of V0.4

For what I got out of it, it's a decent romp to play around it, for me, once a day now at least, and it hasn't out stayed its welcome. I like the story, and what feels like a quite long one (I hope so?) as I'm a sucker for long hauls.

I also like how when you create a new MASS frame, and it's free, it starts blank, you can totally design up multiple play styles just for fun. I'm already looking at a strictly "Range" type MASS right now, just to see how it'd play. Like how Gundams of yore would avoid close combat like the plague, or is my mind fuzzy?

Still, this game, has potential and it is THERE. I just hope, they keep at it. I can see where, sure we got all this customization, but I can also see the slight changes where each piece comes with a pro and con, where one would discard, another would say "This is what I wanted" GRANTED, that kind of Balancing would be knee deep in drudgery. Still, I hope so. I'll be continuing to keep an eye on this game as it updates.

In it's current state, it may not be for you, but later on? With all the ifs, and hopes; Yea, I'm willing to say so. It'd be a great game to pick up, blow off some steam and such.

I... Can't really say just how entertaining the game has been. For me, I've watching it from the beginning, mucking about with barely a care in the world.

I watched it, played, replayed, but never once moved to on to the end. Till now.

From beginning to end, it was a pretty good, wild ride. From running from a reaper or a seadragon, to harvesting nodes in the active lava zone. To seeing how things have changed since I last dived under the water, was eye opening.

It was great. Great to complete the story, and finally... leave the planet.

I would say escape, but to be honest, why leave?

But yea, this is one heck of a decent game to add to your collection.

Well. Um... I dunno why Steam decided I need to see the Negatives, anyway >.>
Gigabyte GA-AX370 Gaming 5 running F10 BIOS Ram, DDR4 2400 XMP 2.0 16GB Total, Ryzen 7 1700, and a Gigabyte GeForce 1070 @ 1920x1080. Nothing but high frame rates, currently in story's middle. I haven't seen a drop yet. Other than that, loving the storyline to peices.

Well.

It's brutal.

It's unforgiving.

Even having been tempered by Brutal Doom, and Project Brutality with Last Man Standing.

It's brutal.

No question, its a bit tougher, it has timed missions (pay attention to what the requirements to end that timer are, don't make MY mistake and realize I could of ended that timer two turns ago and blown up the damn object) Mods are avail to fix that.
Theirs optimization issues to be had, but no biggy. It's doesn't crash the game (at least it hasn't for me) so just sit tight, keep going, or sit out, buy game, and wait for a patch.
Voice Overs are good. Customization is crazy (seen PCGamer's page.)

Is this worth it, if you own XCOM Enemy Unknown? Yes. Absolutely.
Oh and Gunners actually hit ♥♥♥♥.

This has been the most fun I have ever had. I played Terreria and MineCraft, partial more to the latter, and will take THIS over Terreria any day.

Its fun, its crazy, the enemies are awesome, hell the atmospherics are just... wow. Love it. It does slow down though in its current state, but that takes awhile. And when you do get to the latter stages... well. You'll want to manage your resources (store em like, logically, unlike me.... its a freakin' mess!)

I am so hoping for MP to come sooner than I want it too, but regardless. Its one hell of a fun game. Worth the money, and for the promised MP. Anyway, I'm going back to work, and hoping for my lunch break so I can play more.
