I really like the game. I want to like it more, but it just simply isn't a fun time to explore a new, much larger environment that lacks the basic pieces that encourage you to keep walking around town and not just b-lining it to the next objective. Many of the small neighborhoods in between many areas don't have the small pickups that replenish your weapons and health along the way so that you're not avoiding picking fights in a game that's about going ///Postal///. I mean I get that the minigames give you some minor objectives to fill in the gaps in between with some moderately sized rewards, but what the fun in playing "walk to the next area" simulator when the game could cut out the walk and just take you there, since there no significant incentive to continue plodding around in your fuzzy slippers.

Postal 2's more compact map made it easier to pack in little eastereggs that felt more like a pleasant surprise for the eager explorer of the game's world than the way P4's map makes you feel like a thirsty man in a desert, desperatley looking for oasis.

I don't know if that makes sense. will update as needed.

This review is for Mon-Wed
