As a cafeworker simulator it's pretty decent. The horror is not well done and is only effective at times because of the topic. The goofiness makes it funny but drags it down as a horror game. The ending is mega stupid. The game is about the price the price of a coffee and is enjoyable with friends so it's not terrible value though.

The game is great because it allows you to be any ruler (almost), is a mix of rpg and strategy, and it is purposefully unbalanced. The modding community is also quite good.
However it can be unfair at times, which can both benefit you or harm you but feels cheap anyway. It can also last a really long time.
The combat is mostly "bigger army beats smaller army", if you're looking for good combat this probably isn't it. The strenght of this game is in the diplomacy and the weirdness.
