Don't say you're trash. You did great! You managed to kill Rondrasscharfrichter, a Survivor with 5000 hours. You didn't manage to hit me, a 3000 hours player. Don't worry you will improve :)
One Advice for huntress specifically: Keep your aim steady, if the survivors are dodging left/right. Keep it steady, and wait for them to move back into the middle of your screen, and then release. It becomes a game of "wait until they are in my line of shooting" basically.
Also:
Check Steam profiles. If you see high hours either dodge or try not to go for them first. Priorities: weakest link first. Is it mean? A bit yeah. But so is tunneling :D
Keep improving, you'll do great :) You're on a good path
