Absolutely fantastic game, amazing devs who always listen, so much fun with friends. A real shame that Sony's actions nuked the Steam reviews so hopefully this helps.

My original review was negative based purely on some performance issues but now 24 hours in and really enjoying the game the performance issues don't seem to be very frequent anymore (perhaps helped by the latest patch) I feel I can now finally recommend this game.

Really want to recommend this game, it's a whole lot of fun with friends and we used to have a blast on it, revisited it since the last time I played back in 2019 and it's just full of hackers. From what I understand the devs aren't taking any action on the reports of cheaters so I can't recommend it for now.

A very fun game and who doesn't love Power Rangers? unfortunately there are constant connection loses with the server forcing multiplayer matches between me and a friend to frequently drop and have to be started again. Because of this I can't recommend it at this time unless you are purely interested in the singleplayer campaign.

After buying VR I'm so broke I can't afford food so I was pretty excited to see that I could atleast make virtual pancakes to mentally stave off hunger whilst I starve to death.

Unfortunately the game didn't seem to work at all for me and after a few minutes of seizure inducing flashing it crashed and caused havoc on my computer forcing me to restart.

Last minutes of life before starvation kills me, ruined.

This short little game is fascinating and a really cool way to use VR. Everytime I was convinced I knew exactly what happened rewinding and replaying from a different perspective changed everything.

Definitely worth checking out, I hope a longer game is made that uses this mechanic in the future.

Fantastic for meeting new people and hanging out. Now you don't need to go outdoors to hangout with people, just sit in your room all day with a headset on and have a virtual social life!

WARNING: May or May not cause crippling depression from realising you are all alone in this cold cruel world upon headset removal.

My original review as seen below was initially negative as was the general consensus around No Man's Sky back in 2016. However since then and most noticeably with the update 'NEXT' the game has been significantly improved to the point where it is actually enjoyable to play and features almost everything they originally promised.

It's easy to bash Hello Games for their idiotic mistakes and out of proportion promises in the past but you can't deny the progress and effort they have made to redeem their name instead of flat out abandoning the project.

It has quickly become one of my most favorite games to play, something I never thought I would say.

Original Review:

Whilst somewhat playable, the random stuttering and frame drops make it highly unenjoyable.

For now you'd be best to save your money until there are patches to fix the current issues.

*EDIT: The majority of the issues I was having were resolved by turning off shadows*

(Pre-Release Review & Key provided by Developer)

Hypersensitive Bob is about a poor chap who has the misfortune of having allergies towards EVERYTHING. He isn't letting that get the best of him, oh no, Bob is going to defy his life of isolation and step out into the world, step into his rocket ship and blast off to explore cartoony floating islands...using his modified asthma pipe he must fend off anything that threatens to ruin his day as he collects vaccines from his surroundings...Bob has an odd life...

The gameplay would be immediately familiar to those who have played the likes of Binding of Isaac but with less of a (excuse the language) f*cked up back story.

The control scheme Using WASD to move with the directional buttons (or spacebar) used to fire projectiles, the game does boast controller support but my NVIDIA Shield Tablet Controller wouldn't work (I have heard another reviewer state that he uses an Xbox360 controller so it may just be an incompatibility with this particular model).

There is a handy item system at the end of each level, presenting you with bonuses (or sometimes detriments) to ensure that Bob completes his journey in one piece. The items can be purchased by spending the vaccines that you gather throughout the levels, but be careful, there is a high-cost if you happen to be defeated.

Sound design of the game fit well with the style and feel, however there were no ambient sounds, if Bob stopped moving or no monsters were spawning the world fell into an eerily silent state which caused me a couple times when I first launched the game to restart it thinking that sound wasn't working. (EDIT: Ambient sound and music has been added before release)

Monsters and bosses are varied with their own unique abilities or movement patterns which really help keep the game fresh throughout the levels.

Overall the game achieves a replayability factor with it's unique enemies and random item chance and a nice little addition to the Steam library, something I will definitely check back on as more content is added.

Also did a first impressions video:

Loading up the game at first with the white menu text on the various shades of bright blue background was difficult to read and almost put me off the game entirely but I pushed on and I'm glad I did.

REVOLVER360 RE:ACTOR provides a unique take on other "bullet hell" games by allowing you to rotate the screen a full 360 degrees, providing a whole new degree of gameplay to the genre. The level design is beautiful and works very well with the 360 degree rotation.

One word of caution: if you are prone to getting motion sickness in video games then this may not be the game for you.
