WAY BETTER than ANYTHING Gamefreak / TPC / Nintendo can whip out.

The gist of the situation is:
Game was good, then woke publisher bought the game and ruined it, now they're trying to censor people who are rightfully pissed off at them.
Offer refunds.

Finally, a Sonic Game without Denuvo (even though their "EULA" says otherwise).

Fun game, nice visual novel and a cool mini-game. Kudos to the devs! And Happy April Fools!

Edit: Heard that when Deshito servers go down you can't play this game.

Bootlickers deserved that.

1. Story is mediocre, just a bunch of angsty teenagers against the "system" of rotten adults. You can do the same on FF7 but instead of rotten adults, it's a rotten corporation just like any black company in Japan.
2. Characters are shallower than a kid pool, used by the stereotypes such as Ann's sex appeal, Futaba awkwardness and Yosuke's abuse.
3. Tries to be serious but fails, even the scene in February is not taken serious enough.
4. Censorship GALORE. They removed the Raidou DLC, changed the Almighty Icon and even Ryuji's shoes, just to appease some Korean law or something. It HAS to be fixed with mods because SEGA/Atlus will do NOTHING.
5. THEY. REMOVED. THE. JOJO. REFERENCE! That IS unforgivable!
6. It's a cringefest with rare good moments, but not until the end of the game.

1. It has DENUVO, a known virus disguised as DRM which calls home when it can and you never know what kind of data is transfered to Irdeto's servers.
2. Its fanbase is one of the most toxic, yes even more than Nintendo's.
3. The publisher forgot which country saved them from going bankrupt.
4. Have a RTX3060ti, game STILL hiccups and the All Out Attack "Anti-seizure" filter is NOT WELCOME, at least give something to TOGGLE it. Loading lags out A LOT.
5. Game sold so poorly (only about 200k copies) that they had to slap a 30% discount just to have people buying the game again.

1. Combat is good.
2. Music is good.
3. Still a good escapism from Brazil.

Any clown rewards (and hilarious for that matter) means triggered Atlus/SEGA bootlickers.

This game is... JUST PERFECT!
It has style, it has class, it is RELAXING yet INTENSE! You just can't wait till the next surprise!

It's a puzzle game. Picross is fun.

No hiccups nor Denuvo in sight, already better than SEGA's Project Diva.

This game ROCKS! The soundtrack is awesome, the combat is fluid and the characters have so much depth you can drown on it!

Now that I have played quite a bit, I can give a more serious review.


It's like VRChat, but with a team who ACTUALLY cares.

ChilloutVR is what happens when you have an actual mature audience, devs who know how Unity works and wholesome modders working WITH the devs. You have the best experience of your damn lives!

• Optimized: Load times to CVR are way quicker than VRChat, pre and post EAC. Not only that, servers have the potential to handle 100+ players.
  
• Better community: A more mature audience, you won't see a screaming child or raids.
  
• Features that VRChat is copying from: Earmuffs? Avatar Loading Distance? CVR already have that.
  
• Actual encryption: You can't rip avatars from CVR as easily, since it is forced to use their SDK to upload and it auto encrypts the avatar on Upload.
  
• Anti-crasher system: With the Bundle Verifier. An user described it as "Opening an Unity instance and loading the avatar: If it crashes the avatar is blacklisted and won't even load for other people".
  
• Props: Why make a prop exclusive to one character when you can upload globally avaliable props to have fun with your friends? You can summon a gun and they can shoot with it!
  
• Content Filters: The game allows for NSFW content, as long as it is properly tagged and even still they are rules for that (Refer to their Terms of Service[documentation.abinteractive.net]). To be even able to see this content in game, you need to download a free DLC, and set the content filters accordingly. You can also block other type of content like loud noises, particle systems and others individually.
  
• Mods: Unlike VRChat, wholesome mods are allowed in the game. Hand gesture display is an example, which is not in the base game but already had it with mods. They even hired members of MelonLoader to work with them! Malicious mods are grounds for permabans and the community knows how to police itself, so if you come with malicious intent, you're not staying for long.

Remember tho, the game is on Early Access, so there are still features that are being tweaked and fixed, but in the current state it is already way better than VRChat, no anti-cheat needed.
