Until something is done about the toxic PVP/PK Community, I can't recommend this game

Game is solid as heck :D

Besides ONE bug here or there (like a deer clipping inside a resource boulder), it is fun and PVP isn't forced on your face :D

I CAN BE A CRAFTER!

Besides the only downside that I found that I can't rebind my keybinds, the game plays way better than Smash Bros.
Nice job!

14/05: Can't recommend this game anymore.
In all the hours I dropped in this game, there's not much content.

Story is basically non-existant, it first was about DOLLS and now they were our punchbag to train before the real bad guys (Starless) showed up.

SEGA lives by the FOMO mentality and a lot of past cosmetics/content are locked out (some Urgent Quests, Limited Time Quests and others).

One former Community Manager brought A LOT of drama to the community due they can't take criticism, and SEGA's "Guidelines" gives them the right to "defend themselves" (ban) when people criticize the game.

Just play Warframe, it is just better in general.

27/03: New Review

I've noticed some changes, and at least NOW I can recommend the game.

The Good:

My first complaints about Ep 5's Hariette's Base being censored was fixed (either by accident or due to SEGA dealing with localization instead of a third party).

ERSB is set to Mature instead of Teen, that means Sega doesn't have to censor themselves as much just because it is an "anime game". First of all those without mental maturity shouldn't be playing online games in the first place, mainly those with more risque customizations.

Game is slowly evolving its storyline. You have plenty to do if you decide to level all your classes. If not, you might take a break between updates.

Bots are G.O.N.E.! I've heard that since they ipblocked certain countries from accessing Global, there were no more RMT spammers on the game. It is possible to hang around Aelio without problems.

Adding Quality of Life changes, both recent and future.

Economy is... kinda fixed? It is not JP levels of fixed but it is way more stable than before. Both servers do lack consistent N-Meseta sinks tho.

Didn't hear any drama for the last months about banwaves.

The bad:

Base game is still on Life support :c

Height Censor is still on 151cm, although this one may be stupid western "laws" that can't accept adults can be small too.

2nd Review

It's time to update my review.

STILL can't recommend it.

In the case of NGS: I won't complain about the "lack of content" because it comes with time. But we could use repeatable quests, and we could have something to do as a group between Urgent Quests.

My largest complaint is: You guys put the base game on Life Support. It only works automated events, randomized UQs and removed key features such as mission passes (that could co-exist with the NGS one).

Not only that, the CM/GM staff is suspicious, on the large banwaves (that I WANT to believe that were only RMT spammers that almost died to this day, since nobody hangs out in Aelio anymore). With even evidence that it was because of things from BEFORE the release of NGS, said privately to others and even with consent.

SEGA, it is high-time to give the base game server to the community. They know what to do your job better.

1st Review

Game is awesome, story is awesome.

There is a lot of customization options, from Gundams to cute girls.

So why I'm NOT recommending this game?

One word: Censorship.

Since the start of the beta, people were complaining about some "changes" from the JP version. Namely the Minimum Height limit. Where JP can go as low as 133cm, here the limit is 150cm.

It didn't stop there tho. Ep4 had changes on the story due to one character now appearing clothed, also there's three cutscenes that were DUBBED but cut.

And now Ep5 (the first part where this review is written), one of the main characters of this episode had her clothes changed, combining the Basewear with the Innerwear.

Not only that, it also brought changes to the auxiliary lines, changing every "Master" line with "Handler".

So no, I can't recommend this version at all. I'll change it IF they decided to listen to the playerbase.

Adding to the review: The AC prices are absurd for those outside of US. At least in Brazil I can purchase a "premium" (or subscription) on the competitor (FFXIV) for literally half the price on the same platform (Steam)

Well Atlus... was that so hard to understand?

You get free from the chains of Sony, release your game on multi-platforms (PC included), and you get more money and praise.

Now, onto the review.

The BEST:

+ 60+ Hours of gameplay.
+ Turn based RPG that doesn't make status effect so useless
+ Likeable characters (You will even like the villain)

The Average:

~ The combat get stale after a while
~ If you know what you're doing, it's easy to get a VERY OP Persona (Hassou-tobi comes into mind)

The not-so-good:

- Without a walkthrough, YOU. WILL. GET. LOST.
- Even with a walkthrough, something WILL mess up.
- THAT ONE RISE ACHIEVEMENT EVERYBODY HATES >:C

But anyways, it was instabuy and I DON'T REGRET IT!

With the changes that VRChat team are making, I can't recommend that game anymore.

ChilloutVR and NeosVR are better option if you want a better experience.

Denuvo Falacy: If you're against anti-piracy/cheat technology, that means you're a pirate/cheater yourself.

Update: It seems they are going full Nintendo and throwing C&Ds against modders. They say it is in response of a threat but you NEVER should trust the word of a corporation.

Not only that they are censoring all criticism on their Discord servers.

You know... that reminds me of one game... that is basically dead now.

The name of the game is Sansar.

This game is FULL of kids and predators. If you value your own sanity, AVOID THIS GAME AT ALL COSTS.

Combat at first LOOKS like it is complex on a Keyboard and Mouse but it is simple enough to be a good game.

The story is nice but nothing much to do after it :c
