This game must be a nightmare if you play it alone, so keep in mind that in order to enjoy this game you must play with someone else. Once you have someone to play the game with, it can easily turn into one of the best co-op games that you've ever played or one of the most tedious/mundane. It helps immensely if at least one of you has a decent amount of experience playing RPGs since the game does not hold your hand at all game-play or story-wise, so it is up to the player(s) to piece together the narrative or ignore it completely just trying to figure out the mechanics while having fun. I highly recommend the latter as the game works best when you write your own tales of adventure trying to survive a brutally challenging game by today's standards, but you're also more than welcome to make sense of what's going on.

Honestly we're both terrible at this game and it can be buggy sometimes, but when you "get" the game and it clicks there's nothing quite like it.

If you're a fan of Gauntlet-style multiplayer games and have a low end PC to work with, this game is just for you. It's also very friendly to casual players with easy to understand menus/controls and even an option for infinite lives. There are also a ton of custom maps and tweaks you can implement to make the game more difficult, if that's what you're looking for.

I'm not incredibly good at this game and I don't have any friends I can play it with, but the atmosphere and controls more than make up for it. Occasionally I'll feel like I've "won" a match or two, but the real thrill for me comes in the shape of killing as many things as possible and taking down a few players if I'm lucky enough. The bosses are a lot of fun too.

I'll keep it simple. Just Cause 2 is a sandbox masterpiece. Just Cause 3 takes a few steps forward and a few steps back. Just Cause 4 is everything you know and love about the series with the ugliest coat of paint you could possibly imagine. The inconsistency of the texture/graphic quality will drive you up a wall right away, and although I have no doubt that the game itself is as fun as the rest of the entries, imagine driving a fast expensive car that looks like it belongs in a junkyard. That's this game in a nutshell.

If you have a low-end computer and an indeterminate amount of time at your disposal, then this is the game for you. It can be fun and enjoyable when played casually as I have for the most part, since I tend to run it in the background while multitasking. However, it has a lot of depth to offer if you decide to take it seriously.

Hands down the most viscerally rewarding video game money can buy as far as I know. Nothing feels better after a long hard day at work than to mow down hordes of seemingly endless enemies. The little bits of dialogue and lore tie it all together into one of the most perfect gaming experiences I've ever had.

I've played almost every entry into the series and know quite a bit about JRPGs. The best thing about FF15 is the intimate conversations and interactions between your party members throughout your journey. If you're looking for a timeless experience like FF7, Xenoblade, or Tales of Symphonia, you won't find it here. However, if this is your first JRPG or if you're looking for something semi-casual in the genre, you could do a lot worse.

I don't know enough about competitive gaming to give a firm recommendation, but it does feel pretty good to score a few points once you get through the initial stages of learning how to play the game. I only play a handful of matches when I can, and it hasn't stopped being fun yet.

This will forever be peak Sonic, for better and worse.

Make sure to install BetterSADX or you're wasting your time.

A fantastic and unique experience from what I remember, but it needs a few quality of life mods to optimize your gameplay's potential. It might also be the last time you could get away with calling a game a CRPG back when that meant something in particular. Just don't go in expecting a fully polished (heh) product and you'll see a great game shining through the random jank more often than not.
