I wish I had gotten this game years ago! If you haven't gotten it yet, you should get it now!!!

Funny as hell, cute, but lots of killing, allying with other creatures, killing and eating whatever you choose. Like meat, meat and more MEAT? Choose Carnivore. Vegan? Choose Herbivore. Not pickky? Choose Omnivore. Pizza with everything!

Silly, funny, FUN and I give it 20/10 for just plain insanity and wackiness. :D

Calm, relaxing and very casual simulator for growing virtual plants.

Come and go playing, not time consuming. Visit once a day to sing to your snail and plants, and water any plants who are h thirsty.

Yeah, microtransactions, if you want different locations (backgrounds) and wnat to fill your pots up quickly. But no need to spend if you don't want to or can't afford to. Much slower playing only free, but it's a plant growing simulator. Spend your spare change if you want to support the developer.

Lots of outcry over the recent visual patch, the look of the plants and pots changed. But it's a FREE gmae andeven though I was not happy with the change, the Dev did do a rapid update almost immediately after that amde the plant colors more natyral again.

It's FREE. Worth installing if you want a relaxing little escape for a few minutes a day.

Interesting twist on Mahjong.
Yeap, there's microtransactions if you feel like wasting money on mahjong. Don;t see why anyone would, other than to help the devs out. You really don't need to pay to win this game. It's Mahjong. Relax.

Energy refill is slow, but not an issue for me. Lets me know when it's time to stop and go play something else or resume normal oofline life activities. Like having a life.

Relaxing game, storyline and quests make it interesting. The chest puzzles are a bit annoying, really slows the flow of the game. But an interesting idea, if not so well executed here. Free, always a plus.

Okay, Free, Only reason I am playing it on Steam instead of playing any of the other gazillion free online mahjong games. Or even Mahjong Titans offline.

6/10 for the game.

It is! And it isn't!
You eat EVERYTHING! Some things hurt you back until you get big enough to get your OM NOM NOM NOM revenge! :D

Mouse controls have a somewhat sloppyish feel, keyboard controls are a wee bit better. But that all depends on what you are more comfortable with. Needs a little work perhaps, but not a game breaker. Especially in single player. Haven't tried a 2 player game yet. I suspect if the other player can attack me, it might be an issue, if you are a rhoid raging idiot when it comes to games like this. Don't see it being an issue for me. Unless the other playeri s my husband, and we use the game to settle a domestic dispute about leaving the toilet seat up at night. *ahem*

Game is just hilarious! Very campy, made me laugh my butt off the entre time. No dying, no pooping. Both +'s for me as an adult. But silly enough that kids and adults will enjoy this game. No difficulty level settings, but the "badges" for time taken to complete each level let you challenge yourself.

Okay. If you like EATING EVERYTHING!!! This game is a blast! I expect to get a ton of playtime out of this, especially when I am stressed and need to just laugh. ALOT. :)

Runs fine on my Windows 7 64 bit 6 year old gaming desktop toaster.
Loading does take some tme, I usually have a white screen for 30 seconds or so, before the Plague Inc. red splash screen loads, but it always does. No crashes, ever, but my rig is above specs for all but the OS (which NDemic lists as Windows 8).

Windows 7... buy it, know that it may take some time to load to the menu page(s), but it will run, probably, as long as you have a 64 bit system.

Yes, it is strategy.
No, it is not strategy like you have played before.
You are not world building, you are trying to take over and destroy the world, as a mindless plague. But one with definite patterns, needs, and tendancies. Lots of guides available here on Steam to help you win every scenario, but RNG may screw you over at times, even if you do everything exactly. So you try again.

Honestly, I found it more enjoyable to figure out how things work, play against each other or off of each other, without guides. Up to you if you want to use your grey matter to figure it out, or ride on the coatails of others. Either way works.

Nice, short sessions for solo play, so you don;t need a 12 hour day to win or lose a scenario. Lots of interesting custom scenarios createdbyt the devs, and by evil players to try, as well.

Can't say how VS. is or co-op, since I never played either. Solo is my thing, so that's all I play. But it means I can't tell you if MP/co-op is dead or not, if that's what you are into.

I enjoy the game, but am not a fangirl, obsessed with it. I still recommend it, since it has so many levels of difficulty to choose from, even a "Pity" mode, to help you unlock all plagues and learn the game, before playing on Normal or higher. You aren't going to get blood, guts and gore, high speed glory-kill action. Go play a shooter if that's what you want. This is a bit more of a thinking strategy game, it can get a bit boring at times, but can also be immensely satisfying to have the Cure at 95%+, and manage to kill the world off anyway. And soul crushing to infect the entire world, and have your plague cured with only 1 survivor left at cure. And you lose, even though they are alone, and humanity is essentially wiped out anyway. Yes, it can be painful to lose that way. BTDT, too many times, lol!

Give it a go, the sale price is worth it, but know what you are getting into. Lots of lets Plays online, lots of guides. Do your reasearch.

I stopped playing this game years ago, before it left Early Access, IIRC.
Got involved in a few other games, waiting for this one to go gold.

I seriously forgot how silly and fun this game was.
Coming back, I have a whole bunch of new things to play around with that weren't available when I stopped playing, way back when.

Glad I came back to it. 2020 and 2021 have been hell. Slime Rancher is a fun way to just cause chaos and run amok.
It's still grindy, more grindy now, with more areas to open up, and the lab and 7Zee. Still good for short sessions when I need to just chill out and laugh a bit. The story the game has now is interesting, though I have not progressed through it very far. My old save was so old it was no longer compatible with the newest version of the game, so I started all over again.

Still packing the overflow with chickens. Lots of chickens. Lots and lots of chickens. No BoBs allowed.
