This game gets a lot of hate from dedicated cod players, maybe rightfully so. However, with my last cod game being cold war, this cod feels very refreshing with a lot of changes. If you've not played cod in a while, this game is pretty worth picking up.

This is a really fun game, especially when you include all of the steam workshop content there is in the community.

I love this game. It's perfect for a newcomer, like my sister, but also amazing for a veteran of the series, like myself. I do have one tiny nitpick, and that's a problem with the in-game prismatic trials, where everyone in the world gets a specific world and has to get the best time. There are people who are absolutely breaking the game right now, and the top time is a speedy -2 minutes. I love the game, but if there is going to be an eventual reward like the developers show in the prismatic trials menu, there has to be some sort of update for that. Still amazing though.

This game is amazing, not because of the charming pixel graphics, epic music, or community mod support, but because of the content of the main game. The masterful controls, the amazing boss fights, and the incredible biomes, and when you DO add in the community mods, it adds hundreds of hours of gameplay. There are multiple complete overhaul mods in the community, but none can compare to just update 1.3 of the base game, so you know that the devs are really putting in work.

I personally love this game. It is great for psycological horror, and while it looks like you could award the "two nukes wasn't enough" award, when you get into the thick of the game, it gets really entertaining and draws you into the game. Even the files are puzzles that you can solve!
