Basically all the good fanmade/official cinematics since DoW2 made into a video game.

My favorite 40k game to date. Owlcat truly captures the universe's fit and feel in the narrative and soundtrack. There are serious gameplay bugs, but they can be worked through. To have a 40k game that fully explores the universe more than just constant combat has been a real joy. After 70 hours of gameplay, I purchased all the DLC if only just to support the project.

There is a built-in bug report feature. I encourage everyone who may find the bugs to be less bearable than I do to use this feature to support development.

Quality of experience is directly proportional to the quality of company you keep.

A great addition to an already wonderful game. I have enjoyed my time in the helicopter so much that I forgot VTOL had jets.

It has a very good formula for a great VR stealth game. Reminds me of classic Splinter Cells. The maps are truly open and without any forceful/heavy handed path set for you to take. Sensical stealth mechanics. Visuals are great. Overall it would be a great game, but:

1. Incomplete left handed support. This is instarefund for me. It almost has it, but without any real binding options, movement is on the left hand exclusively, and trying to walk backwards drops the magazine from the gun.
2. AI seeing/Shooting through walls. Another instarefund. For a stealth game, this is no go.
3. Difficulty is too easy. you can run around killing everyone, and then walk around uncontested. When I let the SWAT show up, they too fell like soaked toilet paper.

Refunding for now, but eagerly await this game's future. It is definitely on the right path.

Flipping review to positive. Although no dedicated server tools have been made available, Donkey Crew has made strides in repairing their official servers and continue to do so as the hours pass by. 0 -> 20k concurrent players due to their efforts. I have had no connectivity interruptions since the 'new' servers have been opened.

Old:
Should the dedicated server tools be released for public use, this review will flip. As of now, there is a spectacular game out of reach and barred by non functional official servers. This review is created 24 hours after release and the game remains unplayable due to server connectivity issues on a 800mbps connection on the East Coast of the US. Please do not build hype for one release by creating multiple trailers, one for the date, and another for the price, only to meet consumers with no access on that date, for that price. Do not treat it like a functional release while simultaneously using the term "Early Access" as an easy scapegoat to shield from fair criticism.

I did not want to refund, and I still do not. The game is very good, and the developers are very talented and I intend to play it when I am able. But it is currently not playable and I hope to see this change in the future by the release of public access dedicated server tools.
