Positives include very smooth, responsive gameplay, interesting and well placed story, good character development and superb voice acting, great UI and some pretty cool aesthetics and visuals throughout most of the game. Negatives for me would include overuse of jump "scares" (seriously after 20 mins you can predict when the next one is coming perfectly), sometimes shoddy camera controls and the occasional glitch here and there. It's not really all that scary, but it's fun to play and it only gets more and more panic inducing as it progresses. 8/10
