This has everything you want to see in a really good Pixar movie*, only there are a lot more guns, blood, a few stabbings, and a face peeled off. Overall, It's awesome!

A solid unit that is edging OP status, especially if used properly and aligned with the right skill sets.

The DLC bundle I purchased included the Globethrower and the Smuggler (this), and the price is fairly reasonable especially while it is on sale. The DLC included two level 7 smugglers with purple gear and free unassigned skill points.

The Smuggler units can hold their own, lock down an area and as of late has been earning MVP awards for doing the most damage and killshots.

Sometimes, I need a game that does not require complex thinking but just have fun (and without insulting anyone). This is one of those games!

The price (especially with additional discounts), trading cards and soundtrack is awesome too!

I would not recommend this to anyone that has not played Jagged Alliance 2. Both are being sold in steam for the same regular price and JA2 has much more of everything (gameplay, character depth, item details, replayability, blowing up walls... alot).

JA:Crossfire is ok but don't get it unless its around $7 or less.

Short Summary : It's a time vampire

I like turn based strategy games, especially ones that I can take my time and get bad consequences for bad decisions. It's like chess, only this is chess with guns, aliens, bigger guns, alient guns, bigger alien guns, frak grenades and neat graphics!

I played hours of 'xcom : ufo defense' ages ago (way before steam and re-purchased again on steam) and I bought this game expecting the same fun game play I had then, and 'xcom : EU ' did not disappoint !

As of 12/21/2013 - game is being sold for $9.99 ... that price is a steal ! though read the system requirements beforehand !!

I recommend this game for anyone that enjoy slow turn based strategy games. If that does not apply to you, then this game is not for you.
