One of my fav games so far, love TCG in general and love simulator games as well, updates keep coming and it's super relaxing.

Many people have complained about this recent change, but the game was paid originally before it was F2P, plus, they gave everyone plenty of warning about the changes upcoming, so for all the people saying they lost their world's or they dropped mac support...yes, they told you all this in advance and you can download your worlds for next 85-ish days before they are deleted permanently.

Additionally, up until now the majority of their funding has gone to hosting the servers that everyone's world's are played on, and this means they can't update the game due to lack of funding. This change helps that drastically, so now all their funding is going straight into development instead of expensive hosting...

If you weren't aware of any of this, then that's on you, it's been announced for months now.

The game itself was great before, but now it's even better and more streamlined, and i cannot wait for the future updates.

You can tell many aspects and designs have been taken from Black Desert Online, however it's not a bad game imo. Not sure about the change to F2P and how it will be monetised, but something to think about in future. It is....old considering its using UE3 and could look better but its not bad and has quite nice performance.

An issue i have with the game however is the voice lines. Its annoying and sometimes disorienting to hear the first line being spoken then it goes silent and you have to read the rest yourself. Why is it partial? Either full voice lines for the story or just make random sounds each time like other games. Its bizarre how they spent money to record the first line of each dialogue box and then nothing else.

Overall, i think its worth trying it rn but there is definitely room for improvement.

Amazing Game, definitely worth the price, honestly, if you haven't played the game yet, i highly recommend it. Its only about 6-9 hours long but its 100% enjoyable and worthwhile. Just a shame Crytek haven't made any other game's like this since then.

EDIT: The recent update V11.1 added the option to modify the controls which is something they have needed for the longest time. I will keep my original review below for transparency.

The controls are horrendous for keyboard and cant move with WASD either, the controller support has issues (with an xbox one controller the character kept running in random directions without me controlling it and also its guess work to know what skills are bound to what buttons). And no current option to change keybinds either.

I do play the game on Android and can highly recommend the game if you play on Mobile but i cant recommend anyone play this port in the current state it is in. Its lazy work, ported with no consideration to Steam users. Even if you have played the mobile versions its still a nightmare to play on PC. (Though you can continue your mobile progress if you have linked the appropriate accounts, though i only had my google play linked originally and that option isnt available on this Steam Version and it should be.)

Another issue is if i load the game and it opens on one monitor, i cant move the game to another monitor or it will load the UI all bugged and out of place. Same for changing resolutions but very rarely.

TLDR: No one should play this right now regardless of whether they have played it on Mobile or not.

A Great MMO, as someone who bought Destiny 2, i'm glad that its now F2P to allow more people to experience the in depth Lore, the great PVE/PVP activities and the multiple story campaigns. I highly recommend you try it if you havent already....after all, what harm does it do, its Free :)

What can i say about skyrim that hasnt already been said in the past 5+ years..... One of the best RPG's, huge modding community, tons of ways to enjoy yourself after completing the original Game. Only got 9 hours on steam but tons more in the original Edition.

Exactly the same as the original except you lose everything you paid for as well as all the time you spent playing the game. At this point it is just a cash Grab (even more so than previously) and it couldn't be any clearer by the fact that, what little they did change in Defiance 2050 could have been added to the original as an update. I used to have some faith in Trion but after this stunt, i have lost it all, it deserves the negative rating it has atm.

Gotta love Evil Mojo/Hi-rez, always working towards creating the best enviroment and game for their players, loved this game for a while now, i highly recommend nominating them for the 2018 Steam Awards <3
