I wonder why no one else is playing. Despawning loot bags, teleporting bosses, extreme lag, and ludicrous permission restrictions aren't attracting many players.

You're not giving me any free time, you're failing to find someone who is willing to play on your ignominious disillusionment of a server, which is commensurate with your ability to create an enjoyable and innovative experience for your players.

The only appealing factor to most of your potential players is the forced PVP, but the server is so fragmented that the vast majority of people would rather hookrail.

That is exactly why your server is a failure. If you can't win over the hookrailers, what chance have you got?
