I don't like Walking Sims, but I did like Tocoma

- Relationships between the characters is engrossing
- Unique storytelling
- Detailed worldbuilding

- Engaging and relatable story
- 'Catcher in the Rye' references
- Neat gameplay mechanic which offers some 'replay' (or a quick watch on youtube)
- Nice crew of characters
- Very atmospheric

Cons
- Unskippable cutscenes (discouraging replay value)
- Not much actual gameplay, just an interactive story
- Some decisions in the game seem meaningless (e.g. watering a plant)
- Decisions don't impact the ending
- Even though there are multiple endings, I feel like only one ending is right.

The first episode is free, so I encourage everyone to at least try it out and if you like it, then pick it up. It's a game that I recommend everyone to play at least once in their lives.

The best Resident Evil game, but simultaneously the worst Resident Evil.

- Major evolution and change to Resident Evil gameplay during its contemporary time
- Great pacing
- Wonderful music setting the tone of the game, as well as the sfx of the guns
- Simple story, but pulled off effectively

- Annoying npc character
- Cheesy Dialogue
- Somewhat chunky movement
- Made every Resident Evil after look terrible (with the exception of one)

Great game! One of my favourite games. Recommended for everyone to play at least once in their life.

-Strategic in ways such as using flashes and smokes

-Skins, many people will say how skins don't matter and they are 'opinional' but personally who would want to play with default skins, no one would use stock skins so Valve encourages people to 'buy' keys and gamble away their skins in uncasing and bets. I honestly don't know if this is a con or not since Valve does encourage people to put more money into skins than the game itself.

-Debatable if some guns are OP

Overall, the game is a fun game and worth your money although if I recommend it, you will probably get involved the gambling scheme Valve proposed. As most people say to me "Skins are optional, you don't need them to play the game", well sir, would you enjoy playing the game knowing everyone has better skins than you?

My, my...this game has been on the top of my most wanted list for quite some time now and I gotta say...It is truly amazing.

Pros
-Beautiful and detailed visuals
-World seems so 'alive'
-Fascinating narrator and protagonist
-Real-time and turn-based combat style is a good mix-up
-Games doesn't make you go through the same thing over and over again, it mixes things up
-Intriguing story.
-Music is sooo good
-Dialogue is so strategically placed
-Pretty cheap in fact, having a whooping retail price of $20
-Indie and by the same developers of Bastion, what's not to love?

Cons
-Some visuals during combat are 'not as good'

Off to conclusion, this game is good, no its a true masterpiece. I can understand why it has won so many awards, the dialogue, the music, the setting and the characters all of these help it shape the world of 'Transistor'. I'm not here to spoil any part of the story since my aim is to you: the person reading my review. To personally pick up a copy and try it out, its worth the money

Wait...did I seriously just rip of the developers and get this game for 19c?

Pros
-Atmospheric
-There's actual voiceovers in the journals
-minor details (flickering of torch, sinking skeleton in bathtub)
-The sound is amazing, puts the right soundtrack in the right time
-Cheap (Cheapier now since its 19c)
Cons
-Game itself is really easy
-Slenderman rip-off
-No replayablility
-I got lost several times
-Died and had to restart
-Story? Goal? Anything?

Well, I didn't mention the graphics since as far as Unity games go, I think this is well enough other than that. The game has no story, you have no idea wtf you are suppose to do or wtf is going on. Although right now its 19c on steam, I would say its definitely worth a buy, the atmostphere itself is outstanding but the pointless gameplay and goal is a downer. Even so, this game is worth a play since you can tell the team tried hard to work on this with a limited budget and software.

Final Verdict: Get it! (even at retail price)
