As a huge fan of the past 2 Zero Escape games, I was thrilled to hear that the supposed last game in the series was finally being made. It's out and all I can say is, Spike Chunsoft, Aksys Games, and Kotaro Uchikoshi have made one of the best endings to a trilogy of games, movies, books, or anything in the history of media.

The story is complex, characters are filled with development, the puzzle rooms are gloriously challenging, and writing is superb throughout. It's a game that will interest you from the moment and starts and may even make you a little misty eyed by the time the game shows you it's true ending.

The layout of the game is wholey unique and done expertly. Jumping between different storylines back and forth can be jarring at first but, it all fits together in a way towards the end that no other game ever has done before. All questions that you wanted answered from the past 2 games will be answered. Only major problem is the presentation of the game. The animations look pretty cheap which could be blamed on a small budget and the facial animations almost never match up with what emotion is supposedly being portrayed.

Overall: An incredible and flawed masterpiece that needs to be experienced. Pick it up NOW! 10/10
