Been here a long long time. I used to play TF Classic, back when the medic looked like a storm trooper (way before Orange box) and could literally poison the other team with their med pack (which was awesome btw!). :steammocking:

I swore off MMO leaving Warcrack in 2018. Then in 2021, a long time friend of mine was like "psshhht, hey! hey buddy... first taste to level 60 is free!" and a week later I was hung up like a digital junkie again, for FFXIV online. Apparently I came in at a very good time. Yoshi-P had taken over the whole of FFXIV and made it a VERY good game. If you like a Final Fantasy game with a deep,rich, evocative story that rips your Soul from your body and leaves you a broken husk. This is the game for you. ♥ JOIN US! 10/2023: Currently back to playing ESO (Skyrim Online) while waiting for the next FFXIV major content drop.

I'm looking at other FPS's but I'm 48, I have the mind of an Olympian and the joints of 65 year old with rheumatoid arthritis. I'm basically meat and fodder for the racist pipsqueaks who's parents aren't paying attention and degenerate Digital Anti-Christs in online gaming. :jarate: :steamsalty:

I put up a quick "review" for Rainbow 6 Siege. I'm not really ready to recommend the Ultimate Bundle for the $89.99 price tag. It's really just too much for what is being put on the table. In all honesty, the only thing I can recommend other interested players to do; go to the Ubisoft website (bc it's not available on Steam) and purchase the Operator's Pack for $28.99. You'll be getting all content minus the latest four operators. If I had researched it a little more, I would have gone with the Operator Pack over the Ultimate for sheer cost vs. value.

Steam reads that I am in FFXIV playing. I am not. I am currently stuck downloading updates at a snails slimy pace. Word has it that FFXIV online has been getting doxxed by various ding dongs that have nothing better to do. Yeah I'm salty. I want to do something besides download other games while streaming crunchyroll at 50-79mbps vs. the 3mbps-7mbps I'm getting on the FFXIV updater currently. It should not take me 8 hours to DL FFXIV. Just sayin... :steamsalty: :jarate:

How long have I been playing TF2? Since the late 90's. No, seriously, back when the medic looked like a Storm Trooper or AT-AT driver that ran around tapping people with their med-pack and giving the other team Ebola. I really want that old skin in a new format on the current incarnation of TF2. Pistol, Medpack, Ebola - GO! :steamhappy:

Dear Diary,

I accidentally fried my previous motherboard. Turns out finding another LGA 1700 mobo from 2017 is a PITA. Had to scrap the micro-atx build, which was also a PITA. Built new machine. Had some issues with win10/11 recognizing the OS drive as a MBR instead of GPT. Had to go into CMD and manually change the drive to a GPT so I could clone the used sectors of a 4TB ext. to a 500gb ssd. Frustrating but got it done!

New machine completely rebuilt. Took time. Parts. Some flesh, blood and offerings to the Dehar, to make it's completion a reality but it's done. It works. It was slogging in win10, it flies in win11, the architecture appears fond of CoPilot.

See y'all online... after I re-download and update everything :steamsalty: :jarate: :skypeople:
