I saw your RDR2 review. I had the same problem. FOR MONTHS. I even left an unfavorable review just a few days ago, and I will keep it up there because there is no reason that this game should not just work, without all these extra steps. All that to say, I have a solution for you. Go to the RDR2 game properties, click I think it says "edit launch options" and enter this "-sgadriver=Vulkan" (without the quotations obv). This should fix your issue by launching the game in DX12 instead of Vulkan. This was the only workaround for me, and I had to spend hours and hours to find the solution on forums. I hope this works for you.
