Team Fortress 2 is a game that always had a special place in my heart, as the numbers speaks for themselves. Alas, at it's current state, describing the game as unplayable would be a kindness, as a bot crisis have gone too far to ignore it, which is the game's biggest problem. Sure, there are more problems worth mentioning, but I'll be real: stagnation doesn't make this game unplayable, bots do.
