The Evil Within is a masterpiece that should become part of any survival horror fans library. The game mechanics and letterbox display do make the game a little bit frustrating at times, however the story and sequences make up for it. The level progression really takes you through time and the lack of supplies and save points makes each life feel valuable and the boss fights add an element of fear and anticipation. The game takes around 25 hours to complete and I'd say is worth the price, the DLC's are also very interesting and offer a lot more insight into the story than the main game allows. Overall, I'd recommend this game to anyone interested in a stressful - yet rewarding survival horror experience, my overall rating would be like 8.5/10

BioShock Infinite it's a masterpiece of a game. Its blend of gameplay and storytelling make for a unique gaming experience like none other. The expansive universe and open maps allow you to truly appreciate the design of the game. The side quests never feel extraneous, and the combat scenes are challenging and require the usage of all your technology. The customization and variety of game styles allow for a unique experience every time. The mechanics are easy to understand and you will be quick to pick up all you need to know. The combat is perfectly crafted and so is the story. You feel as though you're part of this world and that it's almost real so much so that the few final scenes can invoke true emotion. This is a phenomenal game that I guarantee almost anyone can enjoy my only dissatisfaction with the game it's the fact that it's so short. Overall I'd give it a 10 out of 10
