Fantastic game.
Doesn't run whatsoever on Steamdeck (even with the fixes people suggested).

An extremely toxic studio that has always pushed janky content and bad business over stabilizing their game.

Avoid at all costs.

Slick graphics, decent combat to start with.

However between extremely long load screens + Making you die if you get knocked off a ledge (and then adding enemies that knock you off ledges to areas with lots of ledges) + crashes, I'd avoid it for now.

For the devs reading this, reevaluate your solution for off-navmesh player resolution, cause it takes a recommend and turns it into a downvote.

First off, the game has a well developed and addicting core gameplay mechanic of a deckbuilding rogue like.

Secondly, the game has a...very distinct kind of story. A mystery that you are welcome to unravel...or not.

If you are just here for some fun gameplay mechanics, there is a clear point where you can stop, satisfied, or you can keep going down the rabbit hole. Choice is yours.

I thought the game was good until the developer started doing some really strange things later into it's release....

A wonderful example of a procedural action game. Straight forward and simple, great use of sandbox gameplay.

I'm pretty sure at some point I was beating to death a demon with their own body parts and I said out loud "WHO'S THE ♥♥♥♥♥ NOW?"

Fast paced, gorgeous action, shots feel real good when they connect, the music takes you places, and you're left wanting more.

If you're interested in the theme or the story at all, give this game a shot.

Some things that I feel weren't communicated well in the game that will help a lot:
Your lighter will point you in the direction to go
Endless waves of enemies can occur while doing objectives, so don't wait for them to run out

Those two things aside, I have loved the narrative, the action, the gunplay, and the sense of the Metro world. Extremely well done, haven't been in any world like it before.
