Tastes much sweeter now that i don't have to gargle Tim Sweeney's vinegary ball juice to play it

Went in expecting a simple puzzle/platformer (and the first couple of areas are like that). Wasn't ready for the feels that followed (˚ ˃̣̣̥᷄⌓˂̣̣̥᷅ )

Graphical fidelity is good (runs on Unreal Engine 4) but the aesthetics are more important to lend to the perspective of the character. The theme is purposely inconsistent between the areas which is hard to elaborate on without ruining parts of the story. Puzzles are simple enough though they do better with creativity than difficulty, some puzzles use perspective, light/shadows and day/night cycle, you will never find yourself stuck though as they stay fairly simple push, pull, carry, climb type puzzles akin to Zelda (though a lot less demanding than Zelda's), pushing yourself past the first area or two is important as they feel over simplified. The controls are good and responsive (even on mouse and keyboard) but like the puzzles, the platforming stays simple to the point some mechanics (like rolling) feel unnecessary and under utilized. The more important point of the game is the aspect that is hard to talk about in a review, the story (that is told with no words) but it doesn't take long before you know something is wrong here...

Recommended but not at full price due to how short the game is.
