Skater XL is certainly easier to pickup, but once you've got the hang of the controls, Session has a sort of story mission campaign which gives you tasks and things to do. This makes the game feel something like the skate series where you get objectives and tricks you have to complete and rewards for doing so.

Performing, mastering, and finally landing a clean run of a trick you've been trying to accomplish feels extremely fulfilling and as natural as possible when using a controller and not a true skateboard.

Unlike the current build of Skater XL, Session's level design makes you feel as though you're playing inside an open world map, though you can use public transport as a sort of fast travel to different cities/areas within your city, the map feels freaking huge.

Definitely recommend Session, I truly hope one day they add a multiplayer mechanic similar to what skater XL has currently but this game is a blast regardless.

The game is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ overrun with hackers using ESP it's not even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ funny, I was sitting outside the Police Station In Pleasant Valley and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 3 guys ran up to me from 50 ft away, They turned a corner across the street, instantly aimed at me and fired shots, now keep in mind. Im totally out of site from these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and they just start blasting me right when they come around the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ wall. I reported one of them who killed me, it was a clan and all their names started with PVP or PVE, I know one's name was PVPoz or PVEoz. Please do something about these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ wallers
