For a start, how do you expect people to enjoy your clips or content if they literally give some people migraines? I can't imagine that it's not tedious to constantly swap your resolution to this absurd custom every time you want to play. The one thing I can give you over a good majority of other stretched res users is that you actually admit it's for an advantage, and not some "It looks good" ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Somewhere a part of you has to acknowledge that this is 100% not intended - because the devs create loops designed for neither to be able to see through or look over and you're going out of your way to circumvent design and balance. Is this necessary for you to play? Do you have to try this hard and rely on such a cruch to enjoy the game? And, looking at bright screens WILL hurt your eyes in the long term. It's why apps/screen filters exist to make lights less blue/white tinted and more orange/darker tinted. It disrupts the sleep part of your brain and damages your eyes.

The thing with Slinger is that if you just train yourself to perceive time slower you can react to the shot, it's literally just a case of getting better to counter him but entitled survivor mains aren't ready to physically alter their brains to counterplay him and that's the problem with the dbd community, entitlement.
