What can I say about this VN.

A lot I guess, but I'll take a couple of paragraphs from my review (yet to be printed):

"Hayseed Knight sets an entirely different standard. It feels different, less typical furry VN and more comedy fantasy. It's not just another cliché story about knights and saving a princess. It's a game that will blow you out of the water with its unique features and unexpected twists. The quality of Hayseed Knight surpasses initial expectations, delivering a gaming experience that will leave you pleasantly surprised. I can personally attest to the thrill and excitement it brings, as I was completely immersed in its world from start to finish."

I absolutely recommend this VN:
"The brilliant story, setting, and characters bring everything together in a good package that I’ll recommend to anyone who doesn’t have the patience to read a book or a VN without any voice acting. You won't be disappointed if you're in the market looking for a new VN to play."

I only played about an hour in this game and am ready to come to a conclusion. It's bad. Horrible performance and shallow gameplay. I'm already bored. It's the same game with new things, whatever. I've already coughed out some sick looking at the future DLC roadmap for this game.

I thought SimCity (2013) had broken simulation, but Holey Moley, this game breaks it out with the water. Look at the other reviews, especially the top ones. At least in SimCity (2013), things somewhat work. Here, they are broken, like it will take ages to fix. CO and Paradox can't get away with this. An example of something odd is instead of using wealth and density to formulate taxing people. They used education levels. What? "Realistic simulation" is more like they haven't taken an economics class. There are tons more examples.

I still cannot believe they haven't fixed the zoning issues with the game. They slightly fixed the traffic and other issues like unrealistic buildings. They added modular buildings like in SimCity (2013), zoned areas for farms and sprinkled in some charm. The buildings look decent this time around.

But they rushed it, but at what cost? "They aimed it at 30 FPS." This game should've been delayed. It should've, but they chose not to. You know the performance is horrible when the devs need to show you a tutorial to improve the game's performance. Gamers Nexus and City Planner's video showed us how bad the performance is and was quoted by them as "the worst performance for a game tested this year". LGR's review reinforced more of the issues with the game. This is not acceptable as an $70NZD game.

I'm disappointed and going to go back to SimCity 4. Yes, the game has performance issues as it's old, but it's fun, at least. Ask me in a year or two whenever this game improves, and I'll update my review.

Very good VN-one of the best I've played. Brilliantly written and voice acted. There are critical and emotional moments (as well as goofy ones).

I'm not going to say a lot, but I think it deserves some continuation in a DLC or direct sequel. The characters and setting are just perfect. But it's up to Klace.

It's almost $30NZD but well worth it, even if it's linear and straightforward.

My only complaint is the need for VN quality-of-life features (multiple saves and skipping) and a couple of typos that slipped through QA. You can quickly finish the VN in a few hours, and replayability is low.

Edit: most of the minor complaints have been resolved! And you should check out Triple Threat[https//+]. If you haven't, it's excellent! Oops it gone.

I have written a more in-depth review for this on Pawse issue #7[ko-fi.com].

It's OpenTTD, alright.

Play it and take a time machine.

It plays on literally anything. Even your potato PC will handle it.

One of the best Hitman games. If you want to play the trilogy, play this version.

My only complaint is the lack of migration from Epic to Steam.

Edit: The Freelancer game mode is insane; it's very good.

SimCity 4 is one of my most played games of all time. Considering the times I spent on Origin, GOG, Steam, and on the disc, I would have spent over 10,000 hours. It is a game that is unspeakable in its profound experience and replayability. It has charm and character that modern city builders are missing and a level of incomparable depth and difficulty. It's older than some people on the planet (over 16 years old!), and it still holds up in graphics and systems. It's a game that is still better than Cities: Skylines and one of the last great EA games. How can I forget the soundtrack! It's amazing! Can't I forget that you can get it for dirt cheap?

It has a very active and passionate modding community (shout out to Simtropolis and SC4 Devotion). Mix in a couple of mods and fixes, such as Network Addon Mod (NAM) and CAM (Colossal Addon Mod), and you got something that is complex and very enjoyable to play. The only complaint is the game's age, it can be very choppy, and loading can take forever on modern systems. The game can be buggy, and you need to get fan-made fixes (such as crime does not pay and opera house fix). The game's camera angle, a fixed trimeric (not isometric!), can make things difficult to see when you have lots of high-density buildings.

The game has interconnected regions where you can mix urban and rural together, build small farming towns or build a large metropolis—the transportation systems in this game rock. Build complex highways via Real Highway (using NAM), and you can drive vehicles. God mode is an exciting idea before crafting your city. There are advisors to yell at you. There's goofy messaging, a Mayor Rating and even riots (although extremely rare).

A good game, especially for newcomers to Paradox's grand strategy games. Man the interface, its 1000% better than CKII

Still isn't a bad Civ game but isn't as good as Civ V with mods such as VP. Adds a bunch of new mechanics but it lacks something, there's way too much micro-managing.

List of bad/improvements they should've made but didn't:
  • Agendas are stupid. I hate this feature, if you don't follow Civ's agentas properly, you'll still get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ over or the Civ get obsessed over a particular thing and neglects everything else.
  • The AI is stupider and weaker than before even in higher difficulties. Civs never use the mechanics of the game properly. The unstacking of the districts makes the game just worse as you have to micro-manage those districts and all they give is additional yields. It becomes very tedious late game. The fixation on adjacency bonuses.
  • Cities in Civ Vi look small and disappointing since buildings have been unstacked. It makes the entire game look too busy as they don't seamless to the environment. Yes theres more things to improve now but still.
  • Buildings feel weak and less dynamic with static bonuses compared to Civ V. There's no incentive to build some of those buildings in Civ VI and a majority of buildings in Civ VI is boring.
  • Map generation is weird or useless, sometimes I get stuck on a stupid island, or there's mountains everywhere or zero resources.
  • The religious victory is stupid as well. Religion used to be a bonus feature as it encourages Civs to create a religion and spread it around for its bonuses. If you don't found a religion you're screwed. Religion just bought in powerful bonuses and they turned it into a victory that encourages rushing of religion tenets or completely broken tenets and you'll need to repel religion quickly before you lose (aka religion spam)
  • Late game is boring because of the lack of ideology and boring World Congress.
  • The Rise and Fall mechanic is interesting but lacks something to make it exciting.
  • Civ effect bonuses are convoluted and confusing.
  • Civ VI's victory conditions are confusing as hell and you have to do more steps to achieve them. In Civ V, they were much simpler. No one like Rock Bands and I agree.
  • Espionage is such a useless feature. Steal or sabotage and not really any consequences or any interesting game play mechanics.
  • Gathering Storm makes the game less static and more dynamic but I still find it meh. Disasters happen too early or sometimes still to frequent, i.e. storms and floods in the early game is catastrophic. Global warning starts too early.
  • Still think the art direction in Civ Vi disappointing. I understand that the game was focused to bring in more mainstream causal players and Civ Vi is one of be best-selling Civ games but the leader styles and environments are lacklustre compared to Civ V.
  • Governor system that I never liked. Just more micromanaging of things just to create more yield and effects. It's basically Civ V social policies but worse.
  • Eureka system is terrible.
  • Policy cards are another more micromanaging thing that bothers me.
  • Lack of access to source code DLL compared to previous Civ games making it nearly impossible to have overhaul mods to improve the game.

Let's see what Civ VII brings to the table...

I still think that Civ V is still better than Civ VI. The game has reasonable AI, combat and no stupid districts. Anyone wanting to play a great Civ game, play Civ V. If you're a beginner to the genre, I would definitely recommend the game. Overall, it's just a better game, simpler and an overall much better experience for the player. The UI is nicer and the overall style of the game is nicer as well. No BS mechanics to ruin your experience of the game. You cannot fully experience the game without ALL OF THE EXPANSIONS AND DLC!

A very good game as I had fun playing the game, yet there are some issues I have with the game like some bugs that still persist when the game was released. I very like the sandbox nature of the game and the continued support on the game.

My issues for the game is that IOI needs to come up with better ideas for HITMAN 3. They seriously cannot use the same tactic for HITMAN 2 or the game will run dry. Some of the challenges feel too ARG and pointless (ruins the idea of the game). MrFreeze2244 and The Kotti has a good video explaining the issues with the game. I only recommend this game for people interested in stealth and the Hitman games else people are going to lose patience and go on a killing spree.
