Great little simulation game. The game's formula does stagnate, as the progression of levels is quite exponential, however as long as you enjoy chasing big pulls, I don't think most players will mind.

A narrative masterpiece. Brought me to tears in my first playthrough. In hopes of avoiding spoilers, all I can say is try it for yourself.

This game is good, but there's a distinct lack of Garry.

Due the current cheating situation in Premiere matchmaking I cannot, in good faith, recommend this game.

There has been a noticeable increase in all forms of cheating: soft wallhacking and aimhacking, hard aimbotting/triggerbotting, spinbots and BHOP scripts. To such a frequency, that entire teams quickly acknowledge a player as a cheater, with little to no doubt.

This takes away from the Premiere experience, and from Counter Strike as a whole. If nothing is done to combat cheaters and player trust continues to fall, players will start leaving this game.


I hope changes are made.

Since this review, I believe the game has only strayed in a worse direction. On top of the cheating situation (which is the same, maybe improved slightly ) the game's core behaviour has seemingly worsened.

Player models/physics are not working properly. They were simply more rigid in earlier versions of CS2. The new animations feel unpredictable, and overly fluid. I hope to see this fixed with priority.
