Helldivers 2 is a shining beacon of what modern games should strive for (especially for Live-Service games). Noninvasive microtransactions, communicative with the playerbase, and prioritizing FUN. It's also good satire, and funny as hell.

My friend gifted this game to me as an insult.

It was a good one.

A fun combination of Breath of the Wild and other factory manufacturing games, the result is an unpolished and unrefined game that ends up just being something similar to an asset flip. Do not buy this. If you REALLY want to try it, try some more unscrupulous methods.

Multiplayer: Fast paced, flick shooter. Each Titan and ability changes the gameplay loop in a meaningful way. If you die, no worries, just jump back in, no problem.

Story: I love this robot, he is my son. Even the story plays as fast paced as the multiplayer, but still keeping a coherent story along the way. While some moments could have done more, what was written is already quite good. The gameplay elements introduced within the story that are separate from the Multiplayer and are spectacular. You know which one I'm talking about.

10/10 So happy this franchise is getting the revival it deserves

A vastly Different variation of the casual FPS shooter, each gameplay element has many other uses and meanings than one might initially think

High learning curve with infinite replayability. A must have for any competitive player, or casual player.

This game is simply a masterpiece of storytelling and narrative dissonance.

It cannot be described, only played.

A beautifully made game with fantastic artstyle, tight controls and 100% Cute-as-heckness.

Not picking up this game is a disservice to yourself.

If you try to tell anyone about this game, They'll think you said "Day of Sex".
